A Place to Get Your Cycling Fix - World Cup fans have their pubs. On Saturday, when the Tour de France kicks off, Rapha, an online retailer of luxury cycling apparel, is betting that cycling fans will be craving a new setting to celebrate their sport. The New York Cycle Club will be housed in a 2,200-square-foot space at 352 Bowery and will feature live screenings of cycling races, art and photography installations, cycling-themed movie nights, European cycling magazines and daily newspapers imported from Europe. The space will be open through Sept. 30.
